Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

We are searching for an Admissions Representativ e for our fast-paced, innovative, and growing Welcome Center team. We will offer you on–the-job training as part of your career path to be successful in this position.

You will be the primary point of contact (calls and digital inquiries) for people seeking care for eating disorders until they admit to program. You will work with prospective patients, families, and referring professionals, ensuring that they receive excellent customer service throughout the admissions process. You will use your natural creativity and ability to think on your feet to provide customized solutions to any issues that arise. You will help people every day.

Salary: $18-$20

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls.

  • Assess and qualify web inquiries and leads.

  • Conduct preadmission screenings, encompassing demonstrations and insurance evaluations.

  • Determine the subsequent course of action, whether to direct individuals to the Admissions Counselor or schedule appointments.

  • Receive and handle faxes and emails.

  • Oversee and manage leads obtained from outreach efforts.

  • Enter initial information into Salesforce, ensuring inclusion of referral sources.

  • Direct relevant inquiries to the Admissions Counselor.

  • Arrange evaluation appointments when necessary.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent.

  • Strong customer service

  • Professional, Patient, Empathetic

  • Ability to multitask

  • Excellent computer skills (proficient in typing)

  • Previous mental health experience preferred
